Fecha de publicación: 06/04/2001 Fuente: WIPO Agriculture Portada PURPOSE: A foaming composition having a waste vinyl as a main component and a method for preparing a foamed body using the foaming composition are provided by which waste vinyl is able to be recycled and commercializable products are able to be economically produced.CONSTITUTION: The waste vinyl resin foaming composition for agriculture is composed of: (i) waste vinyl for agriculture; (ii) 10-20 parts by weight of CaCO3 based on 100 parts by weight of the waste vinyl for agriculture; (iii) 5-7 parts by weight of azodicarboneamide based on 100 parts by weight of the waste vinyl for agriculture; (iv) 1-2 parts by weight of ZnO based on 100 parts by weight of the waste vinyl for agriculture; and (v) 0.5-1 parts by weight of dicumylperoxide based on 100 parts by weight of the waste vinyl for agriculture. The method comprises steps of: (i) filling the waste vinyl resin foaming composition for agriculture having 2-5 millimeter of a resin particle size in diameter, into a heated mold having a temperature of 175-185deg.C; and (ii) foaming the composition of the step (i) under pressure of 10-12 ton for 10-20minutes.COPYRIGHT 2001 KIPO
