The technology mainly comprises the following steps of: collecting the facility agriculture garbage, crushing the garbage, putting the crushed garbage into an anaerobic tank, performing anaerobic fermentation of one cycle, and preparing solid-state fermentation residues into the fertilizer. The technology breaks through the defects in the traditional stacking and landfill treatment, and converts the facility agriculture garbage into the fertilizer by anaerobic fermentation, so that efficient recycling of the facility agriculture garbage is realized, the industrial chain of the facility agriculture garbage is expanded, and the resource utilization link is prolonged; and the technology is an effective measure for treating rural pollution and improving rural landscape, gives a powerful push to rural circular economy, and takes economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits into consideration.
