The method comprises the agriculture and forestry solid waste, and is characterized in that the agriculture and forestry solid waste is immersed in high-temperature liquid and is heated and cracked under the action of the high-temperature liquid isolated from air, so that the agriculture and forestry solid waste is carbonized into charcoal, and tar and combustible gas are released at the same time. According to the method, the energy consumption required by carbonization of the agriculture and forestry solid waste can be remarkably reduced, and the time required by carbonization can be remarkably shortened; and meanwhile, the generated wood tar and combustible gas can be recycled, so that the method has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection, and has an important economic value and far-reaching social significance for realizing resource utilization of agriculture and forestry solid wastes.
