Edible fungus culture medium containing agriculture waste and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an edible fungus culture medium containing agriculture waste and a preparation method thereof. The medium comprises following components in parts by weight: 65 to 88 parts of agriculture waste, 15 to 30 parts of fluffy components, 5 to 10 parts of wheat bran, and 5 to 8 parts of quicklime, the agriculture waste contains at least one component selected from the following components: corn stalks, wheat stalks, cotton shells, corncobs, waste bacterium sticks, biogas residue and biogas slurry, and the fluffy components contains at least one component selected form the following components: corn stalks, wheat stalks and cotton shells. The invention also provides a preparation method of the culture medium and the applications of the culture medium in edible fungus culture. The edible fungus culture medium containing agriculture waste has the advantages that: an edible fungus culture medium, which is nutrition balanced and cheap, and benefits the growth of the fungi, is provided according to the fungus nutrition demand; normal agriculture waste in agriculture and breeding industry is fully utilized, local materials are fully utilized, and the requirement of circular economy is realized; the method is economic and environment-friendly, provides a new economic source for farmers, and reduces the production cost of edible fungi at the same time.
