The draining and blow-dry structure used for agriculture product processing is mainly used for removing a large amount of moisture contained in cleaned agriculture products and improving the subsequent packaging quality of the agriculture products. According to the mainly adopted technical scheme, the drainage and blow-dry structure used for agriculture product processing comprises a shell, an inner cylinder, a blowing device, a sliding channel, an air suction device and a vibrating device. A via hole is formed in the upper end of the shell, the inner cylinder is sleeved with the shell, an air outlet is formed in the upper end of theinner cylinder, and a plurality of first ventilation holes are formed in the side wall of the inner cylinder; an inwards-sunken air guiding groove is formed in the inner wall of the shell and is spiral, and an air inlet connected with the lower end of the air guiding groove is formed in the shell; the part, arranged on the inner cylinder in a sleeving mode, of the sliding channel is spiral, the sliding channel is provided with an inwards-sunken sliding groove, and the sliding groove is provided with a first side wall and a second side wall which are opposite; and second ventilation holes communicating with the interior of the sliding groove are formed in the first side wall, and the second side wall is opposite to the inner cylinder and provided with third ventilation holes enabling the sliding groove and the inner cylinder to communicate.
