The invention provides a classified utilization and low-carbon co-production device of agriculture and forest biomass and a green technology of the classified utilization and low-carbon co-productiondevice. The device and the green technology thereof have the following characteristics: for 'fertilizer, feed, raw materials, energy sources and basic materials' integrated utilization of waste agriculture and forest biomass resources and crop straws, the waste agriculture and forest biomass resources and the crop straws are respectively utilized mainly according to the following three types: 1, straws containing more hemicellulose content are used for clean co-production of cellulose, pulp, hemicelluloses, and xylan and lignin products; 2, straws with less hemicellulose content are used for preparing ethanol; 3, residues after waste woods and straws are used for production are supplied for biomass thermoelectricity; the device comprises main production devices used for detailed classification of the waste agriculture and forest biomass, biological medicine based thermoelectric straw hydrolysis, preparation of the cellulose and the pulp through solid-liquid separation, preparation of the hemicellulose with an alcohol method, preparation of alkali lignin by recovering alcohol and diluting a liquid medicine, preparation of ethanol from lignocellulose of the straws, thermoelectricityof the waste agriculture and forest biomass, preparation of a biology based liquid medicine by collecting plant ash, and recovery of the plant ash through carbon emission reduction and purification ofsmoke. The device and the green technology thereof have the beneficial effects that through classified utilization of the waste agriculture and forest biomass resources, with adoption of an innovatedlow-carbon production and recycling economic mechanism, the resources are saved, and the production and the additional values of commodities are improved, so that the green and ecological sustainabledevelopment is achieved.
