Fuente: Journal of applied polymer
Lugar: RESEARCH ARTICLE
A CPPS/BF/BN hybrid composite is engineered to form efficient heat-transport networks while suppressing dielectric polarization loss. It delivers markedly improved thermal conductivity together with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. This balanced property profile highlights strong potential for high-frequency antenna substrates and advanced electronic packaging applications.

ABSTRACT
In this work, a series of CPPS-based antenna oscillator composites (CPPS/BF/BN) with tunable properties was prepared using a ternary synergistic design strategy of “structurally active matrix + micro/nano thermally conductive filler + inorganic reinforcing fibers” to achieve an optimal balance of dielectric properties, thermal conductivity efficiency, and mechanical strength. The basic and thermal properties were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XPS, DSC, and TGA, and the results showed that the composites were successfully prepared, with a melting point distribution around 282°C. In addition, the thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of the material were investigated, and it was found that the CPPS/BF/BN-3 material has a very high thermal conductivity (1.378 W·m−1 K−1) with a low dielectric constant (3.62) and dielectric loss (0.009) at a frequency of 2.5 GHz. All of the materials had good resistance to extreme environments, with a maximum weight loss of no more than 0.13% under acid, alkali, salt, and high-temperature conditions.
