WIND TURBINE BLADE WITH CUTTING CONTOUR FOR MODULAR BUILDING ASSEMBLY AND METHODS THEREOF

Fuente: WIPO "circular economy"
The disclosure relates a wind blade (1) segmented by a cutting contour (2, 9, 12) into an inner segment (3) and an outer segment (4). The cutting contour includes straight and circular portions enabling modular assembly. The outer segment comprises an opening (7) configured to receive the inner segment of another wind blade. A building assembly is formed using three wind blades, where the outer segments align and abut each other in a horizontal plane, optionally creating a hollow space for accommodating utilities. The disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing wind blades with specific cutting contours and assembling them into modular structures for versatile applications. This design facilitates cost-effective construction of warehouses, residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, while reusing wind blade components for sustainable architecture.
