A connecting beam is fixedly mounted between the skirt edge beam and the waist beam. A plurality of U-shaped fixing pieces are arranged on the periphery of the connecting beam. Screw holes are formed in the U-shaped fixing pieces, and pushing rods with handles are arranged on the U-shaped fixing pieces in a screwing mode. The pushing rods are fixed in the connecting beam and the U-shaped fixing pieces. A plurality of extending rods are connected on the left side walls of the U-shaped fixing pieces. Cross beams are fixedly mounted on the extending rods. The multiple extending rods are arranged on the connecting beam corresponding to the U-shaped fixing pieces. A hanging handle penetrates through each cross beam of the corresponding extending rod. Each hanging handle is sleeved with one end of a turn buckle. The turn buckle side skin tensioner can be recycled, after a vehicle model is updated, the turn buckle side skin tensioner further can be used for other parts. In the practical applying process, efficiency is improved, the costs, including manual cost and material cost, are saved.
