The treatment process comprises the following steps: cutting wheat straws into wheat straw sections, boiling the wheat straw sections for a first time, drying to obtain pretreated straws; adding the pretreated straws into a low-concentration organic acid solution to carry out reactions to obtain acidic straws; adding the acidic straws into a bulking machine to carry out a bulking treatment so as to obtain bulked straws; boiling the bulked straws for a second time to obtain secondarily cooked slurry; adding the secondarily cooked slurry into a pulping machine to carry out a pulping treatment, and carrying out screening and press-filtering to obtain paper pulp. The prepared paper pulp has higher viscosity; the degree of interpenetration between straw fiber tissues and liquid components in the prepared paper pulp is higher, separation between lignin and carbohydrate is promoted, lignin and other cell tissues are degraded more thoroughly, and the separation degree of cellulose, hemi-cellulose and lignin is obviously improved.
