Fecha de publicación: 09/03/2021 Fuente: WIPO "circular economy" The invention discloses a trace hydrolyzed straw clean pulping process, and belongs to the technical field of pulping, wherein the process comprises the following steps: firstly, feeding straws into amulti-roller automatic feeding device, and uniformly scattering the straws in a bale breaking manner; conveying the scattered straws into a straw cutter through a belt to be cut into sections, putting the straws cut into sections into a multi-roller dust removal filament rubbing machine, and carrying out primary filament separation; and conveying the straws subjected to primary filament separation to a drum-type grass washing machine for cleaning and dust removal, and automatically loading the cleaned straws into a multifunctional combined digester through a fan-shaped feeder for cooking. Theprocess is environmentally friendly, straw fibers are softened and separated through a physical hydrolysis method, and the prepared pulp is uniform in quality, high in fineness, free of pollution inthe pulping process and high in finished product quality.
