Straw treatment method for increasing pulp yield in straw pulping process

The invention discloses a straw treatment method for increasing the pulp yield in a straw pulping process, and relates to the technical field of straw pulping. The specific treatment method is as follows: 1) dispersing talcum powder in a hydrochloric acid solution, and magnetically stirring to obtain a talcum powder stripping solution; 2) adding a prepared aqueous nano-cellulose solution into thetalcum powder stripping solution, and magnetically stirring to obtain a straw treatment solution; 3) cutting crop straws into sections, crushing, adding a silane coupling agent solution, mixing, and drying to obtain pretreated straw powder; and 4) soaking the pretreated straw powder in the straw treatment liquid, uniformly mixing, adding into a single-screw extruder, and carrying out extrusion stripping to complete the treatment of the straw powder. According to the treatment method provided by the invention, a fixed substance transmission channel is formed in the straw fibers, and the dissolving-out efficiency of a paper pulp additive and lignin is improved, so that the pulp yield is improved, the improvement of various properties of the paper pulp is promoted, and the application prospect is wide.
