The method comprises the following steps: mixing various sludge discharged after treatment of sewageof biochemistry, printing and dyeing, medicine mud, chemical engineering and the like with auxiliary materials, namely waste residues like neutralizing residues, garbage ash and straw in a sewage treatment plant according to a certain proportion so as to prepare material balls, stacking or directly putting the material balls into a rotary kiln or a shaft kiln, and allowing the material balls to sequentially pass through a preheating reaction zone, a hydration decomposition zone, a roasting zone and a cooling zone, and discharging an obtained material out of the kiln so as to obtain a stone material. The stone material can be used for preparing concrete and can be widely applied to construction materials of roads, bridges, underwater, dams, highways, subways, tunnels, industrial and civilconstructional engineering. The stone provided by the invention is simple in preparation process and high in sludge treatment capacity, can rapidly reduce sludge accumulation and has wide applicationmarket prospects.
