The device comprises a case, supporting legs and a feeding hopper. The supporting legs are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the case. The feeding hopper is arranged at the right end of the upper surface of the case. A fixing frame is arranged at the right end of an inner cavity of the case. A lower grinding block is fixed to the fixing frame, the upper surface of the lower grinding block is an obliquely-arranged rectangular grinding face, the front and rear side faces of the lower grinding block are in seamless connection with the front and rear inner walls of the case, and the lower left end of the rectangular grinding face is connected witha slurry-guiding smooth face. According to the device, biting feeding and coarse grinding can be continuously realized through movement of an upper grinding block, and therefore, the problem that thegrinding feeding hole of the existing pulping machine is easy to block is effectively solved; and after grinding is finished, grinding slurry flows into a fine grinding inner cavity from the rectangular grinding face due to the action of gravity and finally remains in the fine grinding inner cavity, so that the phenomenon of slurry residue is avoided, and the grinding effect of subsequent crushedstraws is effectively guaranteed. The structure is novel, and the grinding effect is excellent.
