The novel biological algae removing device converts wind power into kinetic energy for rotation of the underwater mixing impeller and realizes an efficient algae removal function of the algophagous incubator in a process of driving water to flow locally, thereby being particularly suitable for a eutrophic landscape water body with poor flowability.
