The invention discloses a novel biological algae removing device adopting wind power. The novel biological algae removing device adopting wind power comprises a resistance difference type wind turbine, a floating bucket, a mixing impeller, an algophagous incubator and a fixing spear, wherein the resistance difference type wind turbine comprises a bearing structure and a plurality of semi-cylindrical blades surrounding the bearing structure, and the bearing structure comprises a center bearing and a bearing bush nested to the center bearing; the lower end of the bearing bush is connected with the floating bucket through a plurality of connecting pieces, the center bearing sequentially penetrates through the floating bucket and the algophagous incubator, and the mixing impeller is arranged at the lower end of the center bearing and located in an empty chamber of the algophagous incubator; the fixing spear penetrates through the lower part of the center bearing and used for supporting the floating bucket. The novel biological algae removing device converts wind power into kinetic energy for rotation of the underwater mixing impeller and realizes an efficient algae removal function of the algophagous incubator in a process of driving water to flow locally, thereby being particularly suitable for a eutrophic landscape water body with poor flowability.
