Method for preparing Portland cement by using waste residue

The invention discloses a method for preparing Portland cement by using waste residue. The waste residue is prepared from pulverized fuel ash, building rubbish, tailings, coal gangue and sludge, wherein the waste residue is mixed and crushed and then is mixed according to a certain proportion; the waste residue is homogenized, so that the index of the waste residue is qualified. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the waste residue, wet pulverized fuel ash, phosphorus slag, sandstone, shale and limestone into a raw material, and decomposing and calcining in a decomposing furnace, thus obtaining clinker; mixing the clinker, desulfurization gypsum, the waste residue and dry pulverized fuel ash according to different cement varieties and certain proportions, and grinding the mixture into cement. By adopting the method for preparing the Portland cement by using the waste residue, disclosed by the invention, land resource occupation loss caused by waster residue landfill can be solved, a mineral resource required by raw building materials production can be relieved, and environment pollution caused by emission during a production link can be reduced.
