The invention relates to a waste management and supply chain system for the classification, tracking, recycling, and reuse of wastes such as fiber, filament, yarn, fabric, clothing, leather, chemicals, dyes, dyestuffs, paper, cardboard, bobbins, plastics, and accessories (buttons, zippers, etc.) originating from fiber, filament, yarn, fabric, clothing, leather production sectors of textile industry. Said system is a digital platform for bringing all textile waste into the circular economy-industrial symbiosis, wherein waste classification operations are simplified via digital code (QR code, RFID, chemical agent, chemical dye, dna-based etc. tools and applications that enable digital tracking and digital code systems) to reduce recycling costs and save time, having the technological infrastructure (machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, internet of things, etc.) that ensures correct company and waste matching through waste sharing, and enabling data to be processed and analyzed to increase the efficiency of recycling activities and end user awareness.
