The severe demand on natural resources is a result of population growth. The extraction, depletion, and creation of trash across the product supply chain have significant negative effects on the environment and society. One tactic for minimizing these effects is the shift to a circular economy (CE). CE aims to address the resource, waste, and emission problems that humanity is now facing by creating a production to consumption full supply chain that is restorative, regenerative, and environmentally friendly. The current invention creates prototypes and models for the manufacturing and process industries in order to utilize resources as efficiently as possible across the whole life cycle of materials and products. The technology is organised as follows: a coal coking part, a coal tar processing part, a carbon black part, and a part of combined power and thermoelectricity generation by coke oven gas are organically combined to form a relationship of industrial metabolism, symbiosis, and coupling; such measures as differentially utilising carbon black tail gas, recovering energy of coke drying quenching, reducing, recycling, and turning the three wastes into resources are also included. A tool for implementing the green circular economy technology using coal coking is also provided by the invention.
