The building includes a plurality of pieces of building equipment that control one or more environmental conditions of the building based on operational settings. A building system includes one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon, the instructions when executed by one or more processors, causing the one or more processors to: determine a plurality of baseline values for a plurality of sustainability parameters associated with the building using data relating to at least one of the building or the plurality of pieces of building equipment; receiving a user-defined sustainability target for at least a subset of the plurality of sustainability parameters; analyzing an operational parameter of at least a portion of the plurality of building devices to determine one or more changes to the operational parameter that are predicted to achieve the user-defined sustainability goal alone or in combination with one or more other changes to the building; providing one or more suggestions to implement the one or more changes to the operational parameters to meet the user-defined sustainability goals; receiving a command to implement at least one of the one or more changes to the operational parameter; and in response to the command to implement the at least one change to the operating parameter, determining a modified set of operating parameters for at least a first piece of building equipment of the plurality of pieces of building equipment.
