The invention provides a sleep sustainability detection quantification and auxiliary intervention method, which comprises the following steps: carrying out acquisition monitoring, signal processing and feature analysis on physiological state signals and environmental state signals of a user in a sleep process, and generating physiological state features and environmental state features; performing sleep state analysis, time sequence component analysis and sustainability quantitative analysis on the physiological state features, extracting sleep sustainability indexes, and generating a sleep sustainability quantitative daily report; repeating the steps, continuously monitoring, tracking and analyzing the sleep process of the user, evaluating the influence of the sleep environment on the sleep sustainability, extracting an optimal sleep sustainability environment scheme, dynamically optimizing and adjusting the sleep environment, and generating a sleep sustainability quantitative report. According to the invention, other sleep-related products and services can be enabled or cooperated, and the system can be deployed in bedrooms, dormitories, wards and other living environments, so that the sleep sustainability, continuity and sleep experience of users are improved, and health management of the users is assisted.
