The invention provides a sleep sustainability detection and adjustment method based on wavelet transform, which comprises the following steps: acquiring key physiological information of a user, and screening and initializing a sleep sustainability dynamic detection and adjustment basic scheme according to the key physiological information; collecting and processing sleep physiological signals of the user according to the scheme to obtain a sleep state characteristic curve and a sleep time phase curve; performing wavelet transformation on the sleep state characteristic curve, extracting a high-frequency wavelet decomposition signal and performing de-noising processing to obtain a sleep sustainability characteristic curve, calculating a sleep sustainability index and a curve, performing trend prediction analysis, and generating a sleep sustainability dynamic adjustment strategy. Performing dynamic adjustment and effect evaluation on the sleep process of the user; initializing to establish or continuously update a personalized sleep sustainability database of the user, and dynamically iterating and optimizing a dynamic detection and adjustment process method strategy of the sleep sustainability. According to the invention, sustainable efficient intervention and adjustment on sleep of the user can be realized.
