The invention discloses a power network construction project sustainability evaluation method in the power network management field, including: step 1, identifying evaluation objects and select evaluation indicators: 2, establishing a final evaluation index system and determining the weight of the evaluation index: step 3, based on the improved ideal point method of grey relational degree, the similarity and proximity between the evaluation object and the target object are comprehensively considered; step 4, the sustainability of a large number of power grid construction projects is evaluatedby using the least square support vector machine algorithm of the improved Drosophila algorithm. The invention uses Drosophila algorithm to optimize two parameters of support vector machine, on the basis of the improved ideal point method, the improved least square support vector machine model is used to evaluate the sustainability of a large number of power grid construction projects, in order toachieve the purpose of fast and accurate evaluation of a large number of similar projects, and reduce the complex expert scoring and calculation process.
