Fecha de publicación: 25/02/2013 Fuente: WIPO "sustainability" The present invention relates to a method for assessing sustainability and quality performance in a construction project through a web-based assessment tool, comprising the steps of clarifying a basic concept of the project to be represented in an analysis; then, dividing the project into a minimum of 5 stages to monitor the progress of the project at each of the stages, wherein the 5 stages are inception, design, construction, operation and demolition; then, determining a minimum of 4 main indicators for each of the stages; wherein the main indicators comprise economic sustainability, social sustainability, biophysical sustainability and quality sustainability; wherein each of the main indicators comprises a plurality of attainment indicators and definitions of said attainment indicators; then, modifying or improving the plurality of attainment indicators and definitions of said attainment indicators using a structured communication technique; wherein the analysis is conducted a minimum of once per month to ensure the sustainability and quality of the project are met; and characterised in that the structured communication technique is Delphi technique, and the main indicators comprise economic sustainability, social sustainability, biophysical sustainability and quality sustainability.
