The invention provides a transformer equipment full-life-cycle sustainability evaluation method and system. The method comprises the following steps: determining a system boundary of full-life-cycle sustainability evaluation of a transformer; constructing a transformer equipment sustainability evaluation index model according to the characteristics of the transformer; taking the system boundary as an evaluation range, and collecting index data of the transformer to be evaluated based on a sustainable evaluation index model; standardizing each index data to obtain a standardized result; and analyzing the sustainable performance of the transformer equipment according to a standardized result. According to the evaluation method capable of quantifying the full-life-cycle sustainability of the transformer equipment, the key environmental influence generated by the transformer equipment and the key contribution stage of each type of environmental influence can be accurately identified, and the full-life-cycle sustainability of the transformer equipment can be rapidly improved.
