PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam beverage by improving effective utilizations and foam sustainability of a soy sauce cake.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of foam beverage including a process for adding a soy sauce cake. There is provided a manufacturing method of foam beverage, in which salinity concentration of the soy sauce cake is 4 wt.% or less. There is provided a manufacturing method of foam beverage, in which the process for adding the soy sauce cake is before fermentation by yeast. There is provided a foam beverage which is obtained by the manufacturing method and of which foam sustainability is improved. There is provided a method of improving foam sustainability of the foam beverage, including the process for adding the soy sauce cake.
