The cosmetic composition of the present invention is not harmful to the skin and has effects such as spreadability, color sustainability (less darkening), moisturizing power, pore coverage (no clogging), and cost reduction. In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can maintain uniform color and increase sustainability as pigment dispersibility increases to reduce darkening, thereby providing satisfaction to consumers. Since using no existing dispersants such as fatty acids or fatty alcohols, which are acne-causing ingredients, the cosmetic composition does not irritate the skin and can provide a better dispersion effect than existing pigment dispersions.
