PURPOSE: A method for treatment of food wastes is provided to treat the food waste safely and effectively by evaporating moisture contained in the food waste by using a fermentation heat generated when fermenting solid food waste and liquid food waste. CONSTITUTION: A method for treatment of food waste comprises: injecting aqua regia into a solid food waste and a liquid food waste respectively to deodorize the solid food waste and the liquid food waste; mixing the solid food waste with the liquid food waste, and crushing the mixture to form a paste food waste; sorting the paste food waste using sieves to remove plastics from the paste food waste; mixing sodium carbonate or calcium carbonate with the sieve-sorted paste food waste to produce sodium acetate or calcium acetate as a nutrient for fermenting bacteria, and injecting the sodium acetate or calcium acetate into a fermenting bacteria-containing microorganism bed, thereby fermenting the paste food waste; preparing a food waste in a powder state by evaporating moisture contained in the paste food waste using a fermentation heat generated when fermenting the paste food waste; simultaneously sterilizing, drying and sieve-sorting a portion of the food waste in the powder state to produce feed; and reusing a remaining food waste in a powder state as a second microorganism bed. ©KIPO 2008
