The present invention relates to a smart monitoring drone system for precision agriculture, including: a sensor module providing at least one of an RGB sensing part, a chlorophyll sensing part capable of sensing a chlorophyll index of plants, a near-infrared ray sensing part and a thermal burn sensing part and mounted on a drone; a spraying area setting unit analyzing vegetation state information of an agricultural production area and setting a spraying area based on image information photographed through the sensor module; a spraying standard setting unit determining the spraying quantity and the spraying concentration of at least one of agricultural pesticides and fertilizers in accordance with the vegetation state information based on the spraying area setting unit; and a spraying control unit controlling a spraying state of an agricultural pesticide spraying part and a fertilizer spraying part mounted on the drone based on the spraying quantity and the spraying concentration obtained from the spraying standard setting unit.
