A precision agriculture management zoning method based on object-oriented segmentation and medium-resolution remote sensing images belongs to the technical field of agricultural management zoning. The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing precision management zoning method consumes much time and labor and is poor in time effectiveness. The method comprises the following steps: collecting remote sensing image data of a to-be-managed zone; cutting the remote sensing image data after correction to get image data of the to-be-managed zone; calculating the normalized difference vegetation index NDVI according to the image data of the to-be-managed zone; segmenting the image data of the to-be-managed zone at multiple scales to get multiple segmentation units, wherein each segmentation unit is composed of spatially adjacent pixels with homogeneity up to 80%, and each segmentation unit is taken as a zone; determining the optimal zoning scale using an optimal evaluation index; and taking a zoning result corresponding to the optimal zoning scale as a final zoning result of the to-be-managed zone to guide agricultural production precision management. The precision agriculture management zoning method is used to guide precision agriculture management zoning.
