The invention discloses a precise agricultural system and method taking both output and investment self-adaptive models into account and belongs to the technical field of smart agriculture. The invention discloses the precise agricultural system taking both output and investment self-adaptive models into account, the system covers the whole operation process of precise agriculture, and a method for implementing operation by using the system is also provided. The system and the method comprehensively take factors such as grid yield grading, soil humidity, soil nutrients, weed distribution, diseases and insects and insect damage into account to implement variable operation, investment is determined by output, and in addition, self-adaptive adjustment of investment models is implemented according to output and actual situations of fields in a same year, only crop stem return operation is implemented in an absolute yield area, and thus the purposes of reducing energy consumption and improving the quality of cereals can be achieved; and by adopting the system and the method, the investment can be reduced, economic environments can be protected, and agricultural benefits can be increased.
