Fuente: Wipo "precision agriculture" The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition of an immediate release tablet comprising ketoprofen lysine salt and as excipients microcrystalline cellulose, partially pregelatinised potato starch, croscarmellose sodium, anhydrous silica and glycerol dibehenate at the following quantitative ratios of the components of the composition in weight %: from 27,94 to 28,78 ketoprofen lysine salt, from 30,03 to 46,04 microcrystalline cellulose, from 15,83 to 30,94 partially pregelatinised potato starch, from 6,29 to 6,47 croscarmellose sodium, from 0,35 to 0,36 anhydrous colloidal silica and from 2,44 to 2,52 glycerol dibehenate. Advantages of the pharmaceutical composition of the tablet are its good physical properties and stability, short disintegration time, accelerated release of the active substance and high dissolution and absorption rate of the tablet, which has an appropriate weight and size to facilitate swallowing.
