The device comprises a traveling platform and a pesticide tank, a spraying pipe which is supported by a bracket is arranged on the traveling platform, the pesticide tank and the spraying pipe are connected sequentially through a water pump, an electric regulating valve, a flow sensor and a pressure sensor to form a spraying pipeline, a PLC control cabinet and a power box are further installed on the traveling platform, and the PLC control cabinet obtains a flow value and a pressure valve in the spraying pipeline through the flow sensor and the pressure sensor so as to control the rotating speed of the water pump and the opening of the electric regulating valve. The high-precision agricultural variable spraying device has the advantages that the rotating speed of the water pump and the opening of the electric regulating valve are controlled through the PLC control cabinet, and the situation that a spraying pipe nozzle sprays pesticide outwards according to constant flow and constant pressure is guaranteed; the PID regulating thought is used in a control algorithm, constant-speed operation of the traveling platform is combined, therefore, the situation that the pesticide is sprayed on crops evenly is guaranteed, pesticide residue is reduced, and high-precision variable control of pesticide spray is achieved.
