The blimp includes a body. a pair of fins, a spoiler, at least one sensor and a controller. The body is having a hump for providing stability against the wind turbulence during hovering. The pair of fins are extending horizontally are arranged on an operating front portion of the blimp for facilitating in turning the blimp faster. The spoiler is arranged on operating back portion of blimp for assisting in pitching motion thereof. The at least one sensor is provided for sensing hovering state of the blimp. The controller is connected to the at least one sensor and a remote monitor. The controller controllers hovering of the blimp and the at least one sensor. Moreover, the controller is programed to operate the blimp and the at least one sensor according to the predefined instructions.
