The method involves attaching nutrients e.g. fertilizer, water and carbon dioxide, directly to plant parts e.g. seed, seedlings, roots and leaves, where the nutrients are readily placed for the plant instead of distribution entirely in the soil or air. The attachment of the nutrients is effected by attaching nutrient particles (11) e.g. fertilizer-granulate particles, to the seed (12) by wet, sticking detention particles (13). The attached fertilizer-granulate particles are dried, where a transient greenhouse is utilized and a roof of the greenhouse is made of thin foils. An independent claim is also included for a device for precision farming.
