FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mechatronic control systems for vehicles, used in the operation of machines in precision farming. The mechatronic module for rotating the steering shaft contains a DC electric motor and two internal gears for precise rotation of the steering shaft when driving a vehicle. The driven gear is mounted rigidly on the steering shaft, and to ensure temporary catching for the period of operating the mechatronic module, the drive gear is movably placed on a splined bushing with the possibility of fixing in the upper working position, fixed rigidly on the shaft of the electric motor gearbox with feedback, which is mounted on the steering wheel. For controlled rotation of the steering shaft, the electric motor is connected to the driver and the electric motor controller by means of electric wires with the possibility of connecting the engine controller to the CAN bus of the vehicle.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of the process for controlling the transport and production means due to the precise rotation of the steering shaft of the control system of the vehicle.
