The present invention consists of a sensor for determining the moisture content of soil, an atmospheric pressure sensor, and a soil quality and composition sensor. A display connected to a microprocessor in the system element shows the output values. A new design can help farmers determine the quality and variety of seed they will use for tilling and planting. The system collects information from sensors and applies machine learning algorithms to make recommendations about what crops to plant and when. The system is constructed utilising machine learning algorithms and Internet of Things-enabled devices.
