Ambulatory medical devices and systems that provide therapy to a subject, such as glucose control, are disclosed. Disclosed systems and devices can implement one or more features that improve the user experience, such as, automatically detecting the need for additional medicament and/or supplies (infusion sets, analyte sensors, transmitters, and/or other components), prompting and facilitating the process for ordering additional medicament and supplies, and modifying glucose control therapy via voice commands or remotely via a wireless connection. A remote computing system can generate and share aggregate reports that include a summary of glucose control therapy provided to a group of subjects by glucose level control systems, the resulting glycemic control of the subjects, comparative assessments, and an evaluation of the therapy outcomes with respect to reference data and selected evaluation criteria.
