In an embodiment the device comprises second sensor electrodes disposed in the display area, second pads disposed in the non-display area, and second touch routing lines electrically connecting the second sensor electrodes with the second pads. In this embodiment, one of the first touch routing lines electrically connected to at least one of the first sensor electrodes overlaps with at least another one of the first sensor electrodes that is electrically connected to another first touch routing line.
