The invention relates to a block chain-based traffic node information management method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, inputting real-time information of traffic nodes into a block chain; s2, the real-time information of the traffic nodes stored in the block chain is captured by the central control system and is monitored and judged in real time; s3, when the central control system judges that the real-time information of the traffic node changes to cause traffic node congestion, the central control system instantaneously transmits a change signal to a vehicle terminal which is driving towards the traffic node; and S4, the driver changes the lane in time according to the change signal received by the vehicle terminal. The system has the advantages that on a road on which a driver drives to the traffic node, the vehicle terminal driven by the driver receives the real-time signal of the traffic node and timely informs the driver whether the traffic node in front is blocked or not, so that the driver can change the lane in advance, and the time waste of the driver is reduced.
