The invention discloses a method and a system for monitoring emission of pollutants in soil, and relates to the technical field of pollutant emission monitoring. Monitoring points near urban areas, monitoring points near factories and contrast monitoring points are marked, monitoring organisms in a monitoring area are further marked, and a linear relation between the monitoring organisms and the emission amount of the pollutants in the soil is identified; the abnormal conditions of the monitored organisms in the near-urban monitoring points and the near-factory monitoring points are identified based on the deviation conditions between the biological indexes of the near-urban monitoring points and the biological indexes of the monitored organisms in the control monitoring points, and whether pollutant discharge abnormity exists or not is further judged through pollutant discharge verification. And the pollutant discharge grade is determined based on the linear relation between the monitored organisms and the pollutant discharge amount in the soil, and then a pollutant discharge monitoring report is generated. The system realizes comprehensive coverage of soil pollution monitoring, accurate selection of monitoring organisms, identification of pollution sources, real-time data analysis, enhancement of public participation and provision of scientific decision support.
