One or more embodiments comprise detecting a selection of an object portrayed in a digital image displayed within a graphical user interface of a client device and querying a semantic scene graph for the digital image to identify one or more attributes for the object, wherein the semantic scene graph comprises a plurality of nodes which each represent an object, wherein the semantic scene graph and further comprises relationship indicators between the nodes representing relationships between objects. The querying comprises: locating in the semantic scene graph a node representing the object portrayed in the digital image and determining at least one attribute associated with the node representing the object and providing, for display within the graphical user interface in response to detecting the selection of the object, an interactive window displaying one or more attributes of the object. A user interaction to change an attribute is received via the interactive window and the digital image is modified by changing the attribute of the object in accordance with the user interaction.
