The invention relates to the technical field of water resource monitoring, in particular to a water environment big data monitoring system, which comprises: an ecological environment monitoring network which is used for monitoring the ecological environment in real time and acquiring ecological environment data; an ecological environment protection big data cloud platform which is used for establishing an ecological environment protection big data center by adopting a data sharing exchange algorithm according to the ecological environment data; and a big data application platform which is usedfor analyzing the ecological environment data by adopting a multi-dimensional space-time big data analysis algorithm. Ecological environment protection data are comprehensively collected, the environment situation is dynamically researched and judged through a mathematical algorithm, the environment quality is predicted, the environment problem is intelligently informed, the pollution cause is traced back in real time, control measures can be effectively recommended, and the ecological environment intelligent supervision level is improved. The technical problem that the existing method and technology cannot perform intelligent monitoring management on the drainage basin efficiently, quickly and accurately is solved.
