The method disclosed by the invention comprises the steps of acquiring a crude drug/an intermediate input on an interactive interface; and finding out synthesis paths of all crude drugs or synthesis paths of all crude drugs related to the intermediate from a preset drug database, and importing inquired data to a force-directed map presentation model, generating a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image which includes the crude drugs represented by a first color graphic element, the intermediates represented by a second color graphic element and the synthesis paths represented by an alignment element, and inputting the two-dimensional or three-dimensional image to the interactive interface for displaying. In addition, the invention also provides a device corresponding to the method. According to the method provided by the invention, data visualization can be carried out on the big data, analyses are facilitated, and an innovative medical information representation mode is formed and is unavailable in the prior art.
