The device comprises a first side plate, a bidirectional driving assembly, a swing assembly, and a circumferential cooling assembly, wherein the first side plate is provided with a temperature detector, the first side plate is connected with a second side plate, two sides of the second side plate are provided with a plurality of rubber abutting plates, the rubber abutting plates can move close to each other to fix the first side plate onto the side part of the big data memory; the bidirectional driving assembly is arranged on the second side plate; the swing assembly is arranged on the second side plate and connected with the bidirectional driving assembly and the rubber abutting plates; and when the bidirectional driving assembly acts, the swing assembly drives the rubber abutting plates to act; and the circumferential cooling assembly is arranged between the first side plate and the second side plate and communicates with the temperature detector, so that the temperature detector is connected with the big data memory.
