The method is applied to a big data cluster. The big data cluster includes a master node and multiple slave nodes, and the method includes the steps that: a master node acquires at least one resource configuration group information, and the resource configuration groupinformation includes the proportion of the resource occupied by each service deployed in the big data cluster and the trigger condition of the resource configuration information; the master node analyzes the configuration group information to generate resource configuration information and send the resource configuration information to each slave node, wherein the resource configuration information comprises the configuration data of the resources occupied by each service; receiving the resource configuration information from the nodes, and when the trigger condition is met, generating the configuration file of the resources occupied by the service according to the configuration data of the resources occupied by the service in the resource configuration information; and performing resourcedistribution for the service by the slave nodes according to the configuration files. The resource distribution method, device and system can reduce the resource waste of the big data cluster and canimprove the stability and the reliability of the service operation.
