The process of transferring data sets over the MPTCP network comprises activation of a TCP application interface for transfer of a big data cluster (101) followed by identification of a plurality of MPTCP sockets in a path of data transfer on a basis of a sender node and a receiver node (102). Then, a suitable network identification card (NIC) is chosen for offloading the data to a public cloud infrastructure in an optimal path mode (103) and a time for transferring the data is predicted. Further, a preferred virtual machine and a network is chosen with the public cloud interface for transfer of the data to the local client (104).
