An intelligent screening algorithm and automatic upgrading system for congenital heart diseases of newborns based on big data comprises a heart sound data module, a heart sound data processing module, a blood oxygen data module, a blood oxygen data processing module, a network upgrading module, a database, an intelligent analysis module and a congenital heart disease evaluation module. The heart sound data module and blood oxygen data module are configured to acquire various data of heart sounds and bloody oxygen respectively for centralized processing; and the respective processing modules are configured to process the data extract heart sound feature parameters and bloody oxygen feature parameters. The network upgrading module receives the feature parameters and updates the database in real time. The database is in communication with a network and updates the feature parameters in real time. An artificial neural network algorithm, a support vector machine algorithm, a hidden Markov model (HMM) algorithm and a K-nearest neighbor algorithm are built into the intelligent analysis module, which analyses the feature parameters on the basis of big data analysis for congenital heart disease screening. The evaluation module analyses and evaluates the result of the intelligent analysis module.
