The invention discloses a human nutrition analysis and detection system based on big data, which includes detection device, big data platform and bluetooth transmission module, the detection device transmits the detection information to the big data platform through the bluetooth transmission module, height measuring board is equipped with image acquisition camera, display screen, fingerprint collector and several infrared sensors, detection base is set with weighing sensor, the detected data is calculated by the data calculation processing module to obtain one or more indicators of body fat percentage, muscle percentage, visceral fat and muscle rate, water content, skeletal muscle ratio, lean body weight, and protein content, from the above data, it can be acquired whether there is lack of nutrients in the human body, so that the corresponding nutrients can be supplemented in time.
