According to the invention, the proper bargaining model is selected to determine the final pricing of the big data assets according to the actual conditions of the buyer and the seller, and the dynamic pricing is carried out on the big data assets, so that the actual value of the big data assets can be accurately reflected, and the reasonable transaction price can be objectively determined.
