The invention relates to the field of Internet of Things, in particular to a drilling tour inspection management and control system based on the Internet of Things and big data, which is simple in structure and improves the inspection efficiency and accuracy of pipe valves. A data processing and analyzing system is connected with a handheld terminal device, a display device and a pipe valve management system. A data acquisition device is wirelessly connected with the handheld terminal . According to the drilling tour inspection management and control system based on the Internet of Things andthe big data, the data acquisition device is matched with a field pipe valve and stores the data of the field pipe valve; the handheld terminal device is wirelessly connected with the data acquisitiondevice and is used for acquiring and modifying data of the data acquisition device; the pipe valve management system is used for storing various pipe valve models, quantities and other information; and the data processing and analyzing system is used for acquiring the data information of the handheld terminal device, analyzing and processing the data information, and reasonably deploying the datainformation in combination with the pipe valve management system, so that the efficiency and accuracy of itinerant inspection are greatly improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
